- يجب على العميل الإبلاغ عن أي خطأ خلال مدة أقصاها يومان (48 ساعة) من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- لن يتم النظر في أي طلب يتم تقديمه بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة.
